What is Next for Agenda 2030? Tools for Local and Regional Governments

UN SDG Action Campaign

Interpretation EN – ES – FR – KO – RU

With only seven years to go, Agenda 2030 needs to offer new tools to allow local government action, keep them engaged with Agenda 2030, deliver and communicate better and implement more inclusive SDG actions. The session aims to present new tools and take a look at the existing ones for cities and territories to take a step further in delivering Agenda 2030, offering more inclusive services to their citizens and contributing to generate public trust. It will also look back to see how SDGs have transformed public administration at local level, supporting long-term planning and focusing on local needs and priorities.
