In a context of political, economic and climate crisis, it is essential to strengthen the sense of community, guarantee rights and co-create solutions. Collaboration between local governments and civil society is essential to implement the 2030 Agenda from the bottom-up. The objective of this workshop is to explore innovative examples of participatory democracy where there is active participation of the population in deliberation and decision-making processes, identify the advantages and issues in these models and inspire other cities and partners.
