Local and regional authorities have demonstrated international solidarity in the face of major crises. These coordinated and resilient initiatives that respond to emergencies and lead the way to recovery must be reinforced and further developed to prepare for new and future crises. This session aims to showcase city-to-city partnerships in times of crises and explore the needs for training and improvement of these solidarity systems.
