Research, learning, policy and implementation are interlinked, and yet too often are separated within organizations. UCLG is making a strong effort to better connect these fields of work. In the field of decentralized cooperation, this has been very successful. This event will highlight how learning work contributed to policy work and vice versa in recent years and provide space for new ideas on how to interlink these activities in the years to come.
