United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF)
UNCDF has supported local governments and will continue to work with local authorities to achieve the Malaga Coalition agenda. One of the concrete examples of this effort is the upcoming partnership with the city of Chefchaouen and the creation of a revolving fund to replicate the same financing mechanism in other secondary cities in Morocco. UNCDF will sign the very first agreement with the Kingdom of Morocco and the Municipality of Chefchaouen to invest into green public lighting renovation.
