Care Policy with Smart Technologies

Welfare Policy Division of Daejeon Metropolitan City

Interpretation EN – KO

Due to aging populations and changing family structures, health and social care services are increasingly essential. Today’s local governments are being required to expand care services despite financial and human resources constraints. Faced with these challenges, local leaders are likely to look for smart technologies to care for people in need. For the benefit of benchmarking, this session will jointly examine cases where new technologies have been adopted to enhance care services, including “Daejeon’s Smart Caring” program.
